Safety Protocols

  • We have installed two Molekule Air Purifiers, one in the treatment room and one in the reception area, to efficiently trap and destroy airborne bacteria and particles that carry viruses. Using PECO technology, the filters go beyond HEPA standards to destroy bacteria, mold, viruses and more. Together, both purifiers cover more than twice the square footage of the spa!

  • We have upgraded to touchless soap, hand sanitizer, and lotion dispensers, as well as a touchless trash can by the front door.

 

Cancellation Policy

So that we can accommodate all of our guests, our cancellation policy is as follows: We ask that you give us at least a 48 hour cancellation notice. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment or a “No Show" we require full payment for the service that was scheduled.
