First Visit:

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete our new client information questionnaire.

Cancellations:

  • As a courtesy to our spa staff and other clients, please allow 48 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellations on the day of the appointment and "no shows" are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the reserved treatment's value.
